All orders are sent using Australia post and the cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of purchases. Postage costs depends on the amount/type of clothing you buy. We offer standard and express postage on all items.

Shipping terms & conditions:

1. All orders are shipped on the following Monday, Wednesday or Friday once payment has been received, however, depending on your method of payment, orders can take up to 7 days to process. If we are unable to deliver your order to you within 30 days of the date of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel the order and are entitled to receive a full refund. Shipping may occur after 5 days if a later shipping date is specified.
2. Orders are only sent Monday, Wednesday & Friday's - excluding Victorian public holidays.
3. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
4. Orders will be sent to your "Ship" address as determined by your account details, unless stated otherwise. Please make sure this info is 100% correct before placing an order as it is not our responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address.

WEAREUNIFIED.COM are not responsible for any items that are "Lost" in the mail. If you think you order has been lost or sent to the wrong address please contact us at store@weareunified.com. We will endeavor to do everything we can to locate your order.

If you have purchased the wrong size/colour/product of an item we are more than happy to return the item for a product of the same or lesser value. If an item is damaged when you receive it, you may return it for the same item. All returns must be made within 14 business days of the ship date. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of the wrong item, only store credit. Some returns may incur an extra shipping fee.
